You may return or exchange merchandise within 30 DAYS of your purchase. Merchandise must have all original tags and labels attached, must not have been worn, altered or washed, and must be in a new and unused condition. Flat rate shipping charges on sale items and shipping charges for 3 Day, 2 Day and/or Next Day are only refunded in the event we accidentally sent the wrong item(s). Exchanged merchandise is shipped Ground Service at no additional shipping charge.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept merchandise returns for items purchased from other retailers or websites. Only those purchased from driftwoodjeans.com will be accepted.
Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-14 business days due to additional precautions our fulfillment center is taking. In order for a refund to be issued in the original form of payment, all returnable item(s) must be returned within 30 days from the date the original package was delivered. All orders that have exceeded this time frame will only receive credit that can be used on the next purchase on driftwoodjeans.com, policy strictly enforced.
Please note we can’t be held responsible for any damages to items that have occurred through wear, wash or alteration. However, we will do our best to accommodate our customers. Any defective item will be considered on a case-by-case basis upon return to our facility. We inspect every item prior to shipping to ensure quality. If product is deemed to be defective, customer will be entitled to a refund or a credit.
You will be notified via email when refund transactions / credits have taken place.
RETURN OF FINAL SALE ITEMS
The cost of returned shipments for final sale items to our facility is the customer’s responsibility. Final sale items are not eligible for refunds, you may return for an exchange or credit that may be used against your next purchase at driftwoodjeans.com
Pack and seal your box securely and please completely fill out and include the return/exchange form that was shipped with your item(s), letting us know the reason for the return or exchange.
The cost of returned shipments to our facility is the customer’s responsibility. However, customer may request a pre-paid return label via email with the Order ID number at cs@driftwoodjeans.com. Return Label will be emailed within 24-48 hours from customer’s request excluding weekends.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY

Returns are processed in the order they are received. Please allow 7-14 business days for your return to be processed once received at our warehouse.
You can send items back to us at the address below using any trackable/insured shipping method. Duty must be pre-paid for returns. Sorry, we can’t accept COD returns.
