We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders.

Orders received by 12:00pm EST Monday – Friday will be processed same day. Orders placed after 12:00pm EST will generally be processed the following business day with the exception of orders placed on a Friday. If you placed an order on a Friday after 12:00pm EST - Sunday, it will be processed on the following Monday or next Business day (If Monday is a holiday).  You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped.

Please note: ALL shipping is done on business days, and shipping times can vary based on method chosen and delivery location. We currently offer FREE UPS GROUND shipping for US CUSTOMERS ONLY and for an additional cost UPS 3 Day Shipping, 2 Day Shipping and Next Day Shipping as well as USPS Priority Shipping which can take 2-3 business days to be delivered after order has been shipped. There could be a delay in processing your order if we encounter any issue with the billing information provided, and any expected delays in shipping will be notified to the customer immediately. 

All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.

If items were purchased through a BOGO discount sale you may return if items were not originally marked final sale however, your refund amount and/or credit may be proportionally reduced. 

Orders placed before or after a sale has started and/or ended are not eligible for price adjustments. Driftwood reserves the right to extend, modify, or discontinue this offer at any time without notice.

As of September 1st 2021 we ship to Canada. Once your order is placed, we will ship your order out as soon as possible. Processing time can take up to 3-4 business days, not including weekends or US holidays. Please note that there could be a delay in processing your order if we encounter any issues with the billing information provided.

Once your order ships, you can expect your items to arrive between 5-10 business days. However, these dates are estimates and may vary by province/territories.

Shipping costs will vary by province/territory. Unfortunately, we do not offer flat rate shipping for Canada orders at this time. There may be additional duties, taxes, and/or VAT costs applied by customs. These charges are not inclusive of the original shipping costs and will not be paid for or reimbursed by Driftwood Jeans. Any refused orders, shipping cost will not be refunded by Driftwoodjeans.com
